These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Naitive Accounting (the “Service”), a cloud platform for bank statement conversion, bookkeeping categorisation, workspace collaboration, billing, page credits, referrals, and related tools operated by Creative Naitives (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, verifying an email OTP, uploading a document, inviting team members, purchasing a plan or top-up, using a referral or coupon, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information (including name, email, and where applicable phone and company details) and keep your login credentials confidential. Email verification via one-time password (OTP) may be required before access is granted. You are responsible for activity under your account and for any team members you invite into a company workspace. Individual and company account types may be offered. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service, attempt abuse of free trials, share credentials improperly, circumvent plan or credit limits, or violate these terms.
2. Free trial and verification
Where offered, free trials are limited in duration and may be restricted by email address, identity checks, and network identifiers to prevent repeated trial abuse. No bank card is required to start a trial. Trial access may include a limited fair-use allotment of page credits. Trial features can end automatically when the trial expires. OTP codes and passwords sent by email are confidential; do not share them.
3. The Service
Subject to your plan and credit balance, Naitive Accounting may provide:
- Conversion — upload PDF, CSV, or TXT bank statements and obtain structured exports (for example CSV) after parsing, OCR, or related extraction.
- Bookkeeping — auto-categorisation of transactions, manual category overrides, and exports (for example Excel, CSV, or PDF).
- History and storage — retained conversion history and stored output files within your workspace, subject to retention and licence status.
- Company workspaces — company profile/branding, team invitations, roles, and capability rights (for example convert or view history).
- Account and billing — package selection, invoices for paid orders, billing profile details, and payment redirects to our payment provider.
- Page credits — a company-level wallet that meters successful page conversions as described in the Terms and Conditions.
- Referrals — personal referral links and related reward credits when eligibility conditions are met.
- Coupons — promotional discount codes at eligible checkout, where issued by us.
Outputs depend on the quality and format of uploaded documents. You remain responsible for reviewing converted transactions, categorisation, and reconciliations before relying on them for accounting, tax, lending, or audit purposes. We do not provide professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
4. Workspaces, teams, and administrators
Company administrators control workspace settings, team membership, roles, and certain billing actions. Team members share the company credit wallet and may access shared conversion history according to granted rights. You must only invite people authorised to access your organisation’s financial documents. Administrators are responsible for promptly removing access when a person leaves the organisation.
5. Acceptable use
You may only upload documents and data you are authorised to process. You must not use the Service to store unlawful content; process stolen or confidential third-party data without authority; attempt unauthorised access; disrupt other customers; reverse engineer the platform beyond applicable law; scrape the Service; overload our systems; or abuse trials, referrals, coupons, or credits (including creating fake accounts to harvest rewards). Automated bulk abuse or circumvention of plan, credit, or rate limits is prohibited.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of bank statements and bookkeeping data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service (including OCR/extraction, conversion, categorisation, storage, support, and security). You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and confidentiality of uploaded files.
7. Platform administration and support access
Platform operators (superadministrators) may manage companies, trials, subscriptions, coupons, referral oversight, system configuration, and operational email. Where necessary for support or security, authorised operators may access or temporarily impersonate a user session under internal controls. Activity may be logged for security and audit purposes.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep Naitive Accounting available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free conversion of every bank format. Features may change as we improve the product. Planned maintenance or outages may occur without prior notice where urgent.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, software, models, charts of accounts logic, and related materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as available”. Conversion and categorisation accuracy depend on document quality (including scanned or photographed statements) and bank formats. You should validate exports before posting to ledgers or sharing with third parties.
